ABOUT DIVINE ALPACAS

Our dream of raising alpacas started with a drive through Capay Valley during the Almond Festival time in the Spring of 1998.

There in a small park area in Esparte California we saw a pen of several alpacas of various colors. They were delightful with large beautiful eyes and a gentleness about them. Our hearts were totally captured!!

This was the beginning of the dream becoming a reality. So in the rural countryside surrounded by Almond orchards, our few acres are slowly developing in our ranch… Divine Alpacas.

Right now we are presently raising and breeding Huacayas of different bloodlines, different ages and lots of color.

Our Goals

To raise happy and healthy animals.

To improve upon genetics with each breeding.

To keep bloodlines strong and separate.

To use dominant characteristics of both females and breeding sires.

To improve fiber quality.

To reach a financial gain.

We would love to share our excitement and wonderment of these fine animals. We think they are just divine.
